Acceptance of Terms

Using neuronvm.com or any service connected to it means you accept this agreement in full. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

Our Services

NeuronVM provides Linux VPS hosting, MikroTik VPS running RouterOS CHR, shared web hosting, and domain registration, along with related infrastructure services. Exact specs, resource limits, and features for each plan are listed on that plan's own page and are considered part of this agreement. Server locations and certain features may change over time as our infrastructure evolves, we'll give active customers notice before anything that affects a live service.

Account Registration & Security

You'll need an account with accurate, current information to use our services. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials, API keys, and panel access private, anything that happens under your account is your responsibility. If you ever suspect unauthorized access, let support know right away so we can lock things down.

Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use any NeuronVM service, including Linux VPS or MikroTik VPS instances, to:

• ✕ Send spam, run phishing campaigns, or distribute malware
• ✕ Launch DDoS attacks, port scans, or other attacks against third-party networks
• ✕ Reconfigure a MikroTik VPS to relay traffic for abuse, botnets, or unauthorized proxying
• ✕ Host content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
• ✕ Host or distribute content that's illegal in the jurisdiction where the server is located

If we find any of the above happening, we can suspend or terminate the service without advance notice, this protects the stability and reputation of the network for every other customer sharing that infrastructure.

Billing & Payments

Payment is due before activation and again at each renewal date. Alongside standard payment methods, NeuronVM accepts cryptocurrency, and paying with crypto is fully supported end to end, no restrictions, no extra hoops, and no reason it should ever hold up your order.

Once your transaction gets its on-chain confirmation, your service activates automatically, there's no manual review queue sitting between your payment and your server. The one thing worth keeping in mind: like any blockchain transaction, crypto payments are final once confirmed, so it's worth a quick double-check of the amount and wallet address before sending. Outside of that, it's just as smooth as paying by card.

If a payment is missed, the service may be suspended, and data may be permanently removed after an extended period of non-payment, the exact grace period is shown in your billing panel.

Refunds

Some services qualify for a refund within the window stated on that service's own page. Usage-based charges, dedicated IP fees, software licenses, and any payment made in cryptocurrency are generally non-refundable. To request a refund, open a support ticket and our team will walk you through it.

Uptime & SLA

We target 99.99% uptime across our infrastructure. This doesn't cover scheduled maintenance windows (which we announce in advance) or events genuinely outside our control, like a data-center outage or a network-level attack. Full details on how uptime is calculated and what compensation applies if we fall short are laid out in the SLA for your specific plan.

Suspension & Termination

We can suspend or terminate a service without prior notice if these terms are violated, payment isn't received, or we see clear evidence of malicious activity. You're free to cancel any service yourself at any time through your account panel or by contacting support. After cancellation or non-renewal, data on the server is deleted according to the retention period shown in your panel, after that window, it's gone for good, so please back up anything you need beforehand.

Data Ownership & Privacy

Anything you store on your VPS, hosting account, or domain remains entirely yours, and keeping backups of it is your responsibility, not ours. How we collect, use, and protect your personal account information is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

/terms/10-liability

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, NeuronVM isn't liable for indirect damages, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability in any situation is capped at the amount you paid for that specific service in the most recent billing period.

/terms/11-intellectual-property

Intellectual Property

Everything on neuronvm.com, design, copy, logos, and documentation, belongs to NeuronVM, and reusing it commercially without written permission isn't allowed. Whatever you host on your own server or domain stays entirely yours.

Changes to These Terms

We may update this agreement as our services or legal obligations evolve. The "updated" field at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision date. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the new version.
